Hello and welcome to The Remembering Practice online. 

These sessions are an opportunity to meet and sit together (via zoom) in the comfort of our own (heart) homes. To explore mindfulness teachings, practices, breathing exercises and mind heart spaces. 

These sessions are a remembering practice because they connect us to us; to our home, our centre, our breath, our Life. 

Together we sit in our wholeness, in the fullness of our human experience. We remember, reconnect and reclaim for the week ahead. 

These sessions are an opportunity to nurture our nervous systems. To give ourselves space to sit in our presence and practice ways we can create more inner peace and stillness (on and off the cushion). 

They are warm, welcoming, resourceful and completely guided.

You can sit in the comfort of your own (heart) home, with a cup of tea or in nature, wherever you are called to be and have online connection. 

Each session will hold different themes and intentions and woven with different weekly combinations of; silence, prayer, gentle inner guided journeying and spiritual teachings (whether it be a piece of scripture or another book/text) inviting self-inquiry and self-healing. 

These sessions are suitable for every adult body; beginner to advanced, all who resonate with this practice (mindfulness meditation) are welcome. 

They are pregnancy friendly too. Soft and gentle. I will guide you through the few seated (if you choose to move) postures and breathing exercises. 


I will email 10 to 30 minutes before the beginning of our practice with the zoom link and a playlist link to ‘The Remembering Practice’ album on my Spotify. If you don’t have Spotify… silence, the sounds of nature, or any other softer tunes you enjoy would also be perfect. Music is only there as an option of guidance, comfort, connection. 

It’s up to you if you join with your camera turned off or on and if we do sing, it’s up to you if you switch your volume on to enable people to hear you too. For example if we sing ‘om shanti’ at the beginning and/or close of practice. 

Anyone else who would like to join in your household is so welcome under the one booking. One booking per household is perfect and everyone is welcome.

For me and those who choose to join in Australia we will be welcoming a slower rhythm of winter. And as this practice is open world wide (if it suits your time zone) we know our inner winters can be reflective of this too and all seasons of our life call on self-reflection and introspection if we are consciously choosing to walk this path.

This being the very energy of practice. Sitting together in the season life is presenting us with. Slowing down, making space and time to naturally help us hold what is present. And to be open to gaining a deeper sense of self-understanding and knowing. To trust the unfolding journey. To trust our becoming. ‘To be the change we wish to see in this world’.

It starts with us, within our walls, within our hearts. 

Let’s create a safe, peaceful inner dwelling together, through the power of our presence. 

Come to one, come to all, up to you.
