Guided Mindfulness Meditation

In the comfort of your own environment. 

Pure guidance so you can completely relax and be with your breath, with your present moment. 

The hour can include a 5 minute warming conversation at the beginning where you can express your wants and needs for our time together. Our practice can also be followed by a 5 min conversation at the end to safely hold and conclude the session. 

You’re so welcome to message your wants and needs before our hour together if you would prefer to land straight into the practice. 

You’re welcome to purchase a once off session or a package and then make contact to arrange your days/times of session/s.
