Private group sessions
Guided mindfulness meditation can come to your space... or you can gather your group and come to The Med Shed.
Med Shed sessions are suitable for 8 people. On location sessions can be larger.
‘The Remembering Practice’ is mindfulness based and completely guided if this is what you would most enjoy. Please let me know if you would prefer more silence.
These sessions are intuitive and in the moment, they are relaxing and resourceful. They are infused with mindfulness teachings, practices and breathing techniques. They are deeply nourishing of our wholeness; of our humanness, of our spirit.
I can also cater a session/theme to suit your groups needs. I am flexible and open to all suggestions.
If you're looking for a wellbeing activity or a special hour for your family/friends/co-workers, I would love to guide your group.
At The Med Shed, indoors, outdoors, in your home, or office... you can reach out to me to book a time, before or after purchasing.
All private group sessions are $250 regardless the amount of people attending.
