*A one month one-on-one holding paid in 2 instalments. 1 payment at the beginning and the next after the first 2 sessions. 

*1 hourly session each week, online via zoom. 

*1 voice message check-in day via the voxer app for 5 mins of your recorded voice of any questions and  integration… for a deepening of support, listening and love.
