Welcome to THE MED SHED *final sessions* 

The Remembering Practice.  

These sessions are an opportunity to explore mindfulness teachings, practices, breathing exercises and mind heart spaces. 

Sessions are woven with silence, breath, mantra, gentle movement, spiritual teachings inviting self-inquiry and self-healing. 

These sessions are a remembering practice because they connects us to us; to our home, our center, our breath, our Life.

Together we sit in our wholeness — in the fullness of our human experience — we remember, reconnect and reclaim for the week ahead.

These sessions are the perfect reset. The prefect modern self-care gift. They are warm, welcoming, casual and completely guided.

You can sit on the most comfortable cloud-like cushions or we have chairs (please ask if you prefer a chair). 

Each session will hold different practices, themes and intentions.

These sessions are suitable for every adult body; beginner to advanced, you are all welcome.

They are pregnancy friendly too. I will safely guide you through each seated posture and breathing exercise. Meditation deeply supported my pregnancy journeys and now as a mother. 

There will be vegan, gluten free (simplest offering for catering purposes) and organic (where possible) treats to enjoy after and herbal teas.

Let’s create calm and consciousness together, through the power of presence.
